In 2008, Envision received an Innovation Award in the products category from Central 1 for Big Change™, a free feature that can be added to any Envision personal chequing account. Every time a member uses their debit card to make a Point Of Sale purchase, Big Change™ will round their purchase up to the nearest dollar and transfer the additional amount to their savings account automatically. This is the third year in a row that Envision has been recognized in the competition.
At the 2008 MACU (Marketing Association of Credit Unions) Awards, Envision received two awards of excellence, including an AIME (Achievement in Marketing Excellence) in the highly competitive Coordinated Campaigns category for Envision’s 2008 RRSP campaign and an AIM (Achievement in Marketing) in the Radio category for the radio component of Envision’s 2008 RRSP campaign.
